How positions are calculated
Planet positions come from each planet’s orbital elements, corrected for the largest gravitational effects of the other planets, and converted to the tropical zodiac used in Western astrology. For Saturn this is accurate to about two arcminutes, and the lunar nodes to a few hundredths of a degree, both checked against the Swiss Ephemeris. That puts sign changes within about a day of published ephemerides.
How numerology numbers are calculated
Numerology results use the Pythagorean system, the most common in Western numerology. Every result lists each step, so you can check it by hand, and where methods differ between numerologists the calculator says so.
